AstroBali creates personalized framed star-map artwork from the date, time and place you share with us. Orders are placed on this website and confirmed personally with our team on WhatsApp.
Submitting the order form does not charge you. After you submit, we confirm your details on WhatsApp, send the final amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and share a payment link. Your order enters production only after payment confirmation and complete details.
Production takes up to 24 hours after payment confirmation and complete details. This is a production timeframe, not a delivery-time guarantee — delivery is arranged with you on WhatsApp.
Delivery is included to Seseh, Mengwi, Pererenan, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Denpasar, Seminyak, Uluwatu and Sanur. Orders outside these areas require manual delivery confirmation before production.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (names, date, time, place, dedication). We will always confirm the details with you on WhatsApp before production begins.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before payment. After payment, cancellations are handled case by case on WhatsApp — if we cannot complete your order, you receive a full refund.
Each star map is a decorative artwork created for your moment. Colors and print may vary slightly from on-screen previews.
